MEET OUR ATTORNEY
DTT Legal was founded by attorney Derrick T. Tamayo, a South Florida native and first-generation Cuban American. Derrick is committed to providing personalized, compassionate, and aggressive representation to injured clients through South Florida and across the entire state.
Before founding DTT Legal, Derrick represented large insurance companies in personal injury and civil litigation matters. This experience provided valuable insight into how the other side evaluates and defends claims. He now uses this knowledge to anticipate defense strategies, negotiate, and effectively advocate for his clients.
